A game of cat and mouse, interjected with amusing scenes by the aunt and the housemaster, heated debate between old lovers, and rekindled romance between the housekeeper and her crush - and all the while, the suspense builds as the two friends use clever puns, Nietzsches theory of the Superman, and irrational logic to justify what is brutal murder. Will they get caught?
