To avoid the network congestion that happened at the Lahore general public meeting of PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf), Cell on Wheels have been called in.

The call has been made by civil society activist @DrAwab.

It is worth mentioning here that due to massive turnout at the Lahore Jalsa, the public was disappointed with  the network congestion on their operators. The congestion also left the Social Media users helpless as due the unavailability of network they could not keep up with the live updates of the event on Facebook, Twitter, Ustream, etc.

As the Karachi Jalsa promises to be bigger than the Lahore one, COWs initiative is indeed an appreciable step.
